M Street

The Flats at Blagden Alley is a 63 unit multifamily building located across the street from the brand new convention center. The project combines two buildings, 917 M Street and 1212 9th Street, in historic Blagden Alley. The Flats are located in the Shaw/Logan Circle neighborhood of DC, less than 1 block from the Metro and hub of the Circulator Bus. Residents will have easy access to all of DC’s amenities and attractions at their doorstep.

This project is 100% approved and is currently undergoing minor revisions to the construction drawings. We plan to break ground in 2007, with sales/leasing beginning in the summer of 2008.
