Eye Street Lofts are located at 443-459 Eye Street, NW, in the heart of the bustling Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood. The development consists of 164 multifamily units and 4,000 square feet of retail space. The area is currently undergoing a major redevelopment that will transform it into a thriving mixed-use sub market in the east end of downtown Washington. This area continues to become one of DC’s fastest growing and trendiest places to live, work, and play.

The project is 100% approved and is currently in the design phase. We plan to break ground in 2007, with sales/leasing beginning in spring of 2009.
